Content Policy

ImageFable is designed for consent-based creative and practical image work, including:

• Couple, wedding, anniversary, and romantic portrait transformations.
• Pet portraits and personal keepsake images.
• Royal-inspired, palace, cinematic, fantasy, and storybook portrait styles.
• Product, brand, and commercial-style imagery where you have rights to the source material.
• Photo restoration and enhancement of family or archival photos you have permission to use.
• Personal gift images using photos and likenesses you have rights to use.

You may not upload, request, generate, purchase credits for, or share content that involves:

• Non-consensual sexual or intimate images, including altered or fabricated images.
• Sexual content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor.
• Impersonation, fake identity use, fraud, fake credentials, or deceptive relationship claims.
• Harassment, bullying, hate, abuse, threats, or targeted humiliation.
• Illegal activity or instructions to commit illegal activity.
• Images, likenesses, brands, products, or artwork you do not have rights to use.
• Attempts to bypass filters, moderation, rate limits, or safety systems.
• Using gift cards or credits to facilitate prohibited content or abuse.

Only upload photos of people or pets when you have permission to use and transform their likeness. Do not create images that suggest a person did or endorsed something they did not, or that mislead others about a person's identity, credentials, job, relationship, or actions.

You are responsible for ensuring that generated outputs comply with advertising rules, platform policies, trademark and copyright law, privacy rights, and publicity rights before using them commercially or posting them publicly.

Review outputs carefully before printing, gifting, publishing, advertising, or using them in client work.

ImageFable may block prompts, refuse generation, remove content, limit access, suspend accounts, cancel pending gift redemptions, or take other action when content appears to violate this policy, our Terms, law, third-party rights, or service safety.

Report abuse to abuse@imagefable.com (activation pending). Include the image, URL, account email if relevant, and a short explanation of the issue.
