Terms of Service

ImageFable provides AI-powered image creation and transformation tools, including stylized portraits, pet portraits, royal-inspired portraits, product imagery, and photo restoration services.

By using ImageFable, you also agree to our Content Policy and Privacy Policy.

Some features, including paid generation and credit purchases, require a signed-in account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You must own, control, or have permission to use any image you upload. If an image includes another person or pet, you are responsible for having the rights and consent needed to upload, transform, and use the resulting image.

You may not upload content that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.

You may not use ImageFable to create, upload, request, or share content involving:

• Impersonation, deceptive identity use, fake credentials, or fraud.
• Illegal activity, harassment, hate, abuse, or threats.
• Non-consensual intimate or sexual images.
• Sexual content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor.
• Rights violations, including infringing uploads or unauthorized likeness use.
• Attempts to bypass safety systems, rate limits, or abuse-prevention controls.

Generated images are provided "as is." AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, sharing, publishing, printing, or relying on them.

You are responsible for how you use generated images and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law, platform rules, third-party rights, and any AI model or provider terms that apply.

ImageFable uses a prepaid credit model. Free watermarked previews do not use your credit balance. Paid high-definition, non-watermarked variations consume credits from your account only after a successful generation is delivered.

One credit generally equals one successfully delivered paid variation. Credits from image packs and redeemed gift cards stack in the same account balance. Promotional pricing does not reduce the number of credits granted for an eligible pack or gift card unless we clearly state otherwise at purchase.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable except through our gift card flow, and may expire or become unavailable if required by law or if we discontinue the service, as described at purchase or in an updated policy.

Purchases are processed through our payment provider. Prices, taxes, pack details, and credit amounts are shown before checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge shown at checkout.

Gift cards are purchased for a recipient email address. Credits are granted when the recipient creates an account with that same email address. Purchasers are responsible for entering the correct recipient email.

Except where required by law or clearly stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable once credits are granted or paid outputs are delivered. If a paid generation fails due to a service error, we may restore credits or provide a replacement at our discretion.

You retain your rights in photos, prompts, and other content you upload. You grant ImageFable the permission needed to host, process, transform, display, and return your content and generated outputs as part of operating the service.

Subject to these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, and model or provider terms, you may use generated outputs created for you. ImageFable owns its site, software, designs, branding, logos, copy, and other service materials.

ImageFable may refuse generation requests, remove content, limit features, suspend access, or take other action if we believe a user or request violates these Terms, the Content Policy, law, third-party rights, or the safety of the service.

ImageFable may change, pause, discontinue, or limit parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, secure, or that any particular output will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImageFable is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImageFable and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or misuse of outputs.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
