Privacy Policy

When you use ImageFable, we may collect:

• Uploaded images, such as portraits, pet photos, product photos, restoration requests, and other content you choose to submit.
• Generated images created from your uploads, prompts, and style selections.
• Prompts, notes, aspect ratio, variation count, style selections, and other generation settings.
• Account information when you sign in, such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and credit balance history.
• Purchase and billing information when you buy image packs or gift cards, including order identifiers, pack details, payment status, and recipient email for gift cards. Payment card numbers are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Support, privacy, and abuse-report messages you send us, including the email address and content you provide.
• Technical and usage data, such as browser type, device type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, error logs, and abuse-prevention signals.

We use information to:

• Generate stylized and restored images from your uploads and prompts.
• Create and manage your account, credit balance, and gift card redemptions.
• Process purchases, grant credits, and deliver paid outputs.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve ImageFable.
• Prevent fraud, spam, abuse, policy violations, and security incidents.
• Respond to support, privacy, billing, and abuse requests.
• Measure product usage and improve the user experience.

Uploaded images and generated images may be stored temporarily so we can process requests, return results, support retries, manage credits, and investigate abuse or technical issues.

Unless a longer period is required for security, debugging, abuse prevention, legal compliance, active support, or a feature you choose to use, uploaded and generated content is typically retained for a limited window after processing, commonly 24 to 72 hours. Retention settings may change as our infrastructure evolves.

To generate images, ImageFable may send uploaded images, prompts, and related settings to AI model providers and cloud infrastructure services. Our production stack may include services such as AWS S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, Lambda, SES, Bedrock, and third-party image models, as well as Stripe for payments.

We do not publish your uploads or generated images in a public gallery by default. Your images should only become public if you choose to share them outside ImageFable.

When someone purchases a gift card for you, we receive the recipient email address, purchase details, and credit amount. Credits remain pending until the recipient creates an account with that same email address. We use this information only to deliver the gift, maintain account balances, prevent fraud, and provide support.

We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies to collect usage information. You can control cookies through your browser settings where available.

We do not sell personal information. We use vendors and infrastructure providers to operate the service, process images, deliver email, provide analytics, prevent abuse, and handle payments.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information handled by ImageFable. No online service, storage system, or transmission method is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or export information associated with your use of ImageFable, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
